DAVID OUTING, President & CEO
David Outing is the Founder, President, & Chief Encouragement Officer of Corporate Care Partners. Since 1985, David has provided spiritual care, advice, and encouragement for people in times of need. His previous experience includes serving as the Director and Ministry Relations Pastor for the Jobs Partnership of Florida. Chaplain Outing has served the Orange County Sheriff’s Dept. since 2001 as a volunteer chaplain. David’s educational accomplishments include a B.S. in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Master’s in Strategic Leadership, and currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University. David is certified as a Trained Crisis Responder, Critical Incidence Stress Debriefing, and completed the Civilian Police Academy. He is also a Lifework Leadership Alumnus. David’s areas of expertise include teaching, motivational speaking, meeting facilitation, interpersonal relationship skills, and inspiring others to succeed and achieve their goals. David is also a community advocate, where he has served on numerous boards. One appointment came by Governor Bush in December 2001 when the Governor appointed David to be the District 7 (Orange, Seminole, Osceola, and Brevard Counties) chairperson for an organization called One Church One Child of Florida. He is happily married to his wife April. They have six adult children including four sons, two daughters, and five grandchildren. His favorite foods are salad with salmon and Chinese. His favorite movies are “Bible Series” dramas, The Rocky Series, the Mummy Series, and Shawshank Redemption. David’s favorite hobbies include hanging out with his wife on their date nights, travelling, and watching football on the weekends.
COLEMAN PRATT - Orange, Seminole, Brevard County Florida
Coleman is currently the senior pastor of Grace Journey Community Church (formerly First Baptist of Church of Union Park) and has served in that position for 20 years. Coleman is also a Project STEP instructor for troubled youth with the state of Florida in an attempt to prevent long-term. His leadership delinquency experience includes supervising a residential halfway house for delinquent youth and performed family, group, and individual counseling. Previously, Coleman was Director of the Salvation Army Community Center in Wilmington, Delaware. Academically, he graduated from Florida State University with a B.S. degree, and a few classes short of completing his Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Theological Seminary. Coleman is happily married to his wife Tracy since 1980. They have one son named Jonathan and Hannah, their daughter, who died in 2006. Coleman and his wife have one grandchild. He loves life and loves being a grandfather. Coleman’s favorite food is fried chicken, “Spitfire Grill” is his favorite movie, and hiking is his favorite hobby.
NICOLE JONES - Orange County Florida
Nicole is a Vietnam Era veteran who served with the United States Air Force. After her tour of duty with the Air Force, she joined the D.C. Army National Guard. While serving with the National Guard, Nicole completed her A.A. degree in Law Enforcement at the Prince Georges Community College. At the completion of her DCARNG enlistment, she accepted an appointment with the United States Secret Service Uniformed Division. During her 25-year career with Secret Service, she received valuable training which included Critical Incident Peer Support and E.E.O. counselor training. After retiring in 2006, Nicole moved from Maryland to Florida. A few of the organizations Nicole has volunteered for include House of Hope, the Orlando Police Department, Restoration Ministries for Women, the Jobs Partnership of Florida, and the American Cancer Society. She is an active member of First Baptist Church Orlando, and is a member of the Celebration Choir. Nicole has two adult children, a son, a daughter, and four grandchildren whom she adores. Nicole’s favorite food is chicken wings, “The Godfather Trilogy” is her favorite movies, and visiting museums, going on road trips, quilting, and reading are her favorite hobbies.
BOBBY LEE BOBBITT - Atlanta Georgia
Abnormally born (more on that later) on Christmas Day a long time ago in Miami, Florida. Bobby Lee is a former Rock & Roll radio voice, T.V. news anchor for about 10 minutes and a radio advertising guy. After a successful career Bobby Lee was prompted to go back to school for a higher calling. He received a BA in Biblical Studies from Heritage Christian University in Florence, Alabama. With 20+ years of full time ministry and counseling experience Bobby Lee has served congregations in Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. Bobby Lee rides in police cars (thankfully, in the front seat). For more than a decade he has served as a volunteer Police Chaplain for various departments in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina. He currently serves with the Marietta Police Department just north of Atlanta. Bobby Lee counsels and assists the men and women who put their lives on the line every day to protect and serve. Bobby Lee speaks on a variety of subjects including marriage, parenting, communication, overcoming your past and finding your life's purpose. Married to his beautiful wife Teresa since 1978, they have two adult children, Brandon and Madison and a grandson Mason. As President of the Rib Sucking Dog Club Bobby Lee’s favorite food is BBQ. Favorite movies include “Band of Brothers”, “The Equalizer” and “It’s a Wonderful Life”. Hobbies include watching college basketball, listening to music and working in the yard.
MARY HAYWOOD - CHAPLAIN INTERN
Mary Haywood was born and raised in Florida. She is the youngest of eight children. Mary graduated from Dr. Phillips High School in Orlando, FL. and has worked as a supervisor and manager in the fast food industry for over 11 years. Mary and her husband Clarence own and manage Haywood Lawn Service LLC. Academically, Mrs. Haywood is a graduate of Liberty University where she has an A.S. Degree in Psychology and currently pursuing a B.S. degree in Developmental Psychology at Liberty University. Mary is happily married to Clarence for over 20 years and they have three handsome sons known as the triple A's, Anthony, Antonio, and Antoine. Mary is also an aspiring author that is working on her first book series. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and is the life of the party at family gatherings whose goal is making everyone laugh. As an additional hobby, Mary is an undercover actress that does drama skits for churches and special events.
LOIS DOROTIAK - ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA
Midwest born and raised and then born again, Lois was transplanted to Orlando nearly thirty years ago. Lois received an associates in General Studies at Valencia College. From there she attained certification as Holistic Health Coach from Integrative Institute of Nutrition and also attended Rouxbe Cooking School. These were most useful in training and teaching many on how to steward the body, and she taught thousands throughout Orlando.
Lois also co-authored a newly released devotional, “Seeds of the Shepherd”. Writing is one of her favorite hobbies along with various outdoor activities such as gardening, jogging and visiting the beach. She loves time with her daughter’s family and is blessed with eight grandchildren who live locally. Her favorite movies are more recent releases such as “War Room” and “I Can Only Imagine”. Lois also enjoys her new church family and serves on prayer team at Church in the Son.
DARRYL OUTING, Director of Business Development - Osceola County Florida
Darryl Outing is a native of Orlando, Florida. He is a graduate of Orlando College and received his Bachelors of Science in Marketing Management. Years later he enrolled in Asbury Theological Seminary and is pursuing a Masters in Theology. Darryl began serving in ministry at the age of 20 under his father’s tutelage and later served as an Elder. After receiving the blessing from his father he left and joined Freedom Ministries. There he was ordained a minister and served as praise and worship leader and Superintendent of Sunday School. As Superintendent of Sunday School, Darryl developed the curriculum for Adults, young adults and children between the ages of 5-10. Under his leadership the Sunday school involvement increased and thrived. After fulfilling his service to Freedom Ministries, Darryl joined Church In The Son and later opened up a family bible study or cell group with a focus on living life together with those who attended. Darryl Outing is married to Andrea Slade and they have four children, Ebony, Quinn, Amber and Darryl. He and his wife enjoy traveling, spending time with their grandchildren and dining out. Darryl is an avid reader and enjoys secular history, biblical history and philosophy.
DAWN WHITESTONE - Triage, Training, Leadership Development, Strategic Planning
Dawn is a licensed mental health counselor and is the owner and Head Coach of Whitestone Professionals. For four years Dawn was a Program Manager for the Center for Drug-Free Living in Orlando, FL. Her leadership experience includes development and management of several programs for a non-profit agency where she expanded the Back on Track program to multiple locations, successfully developed, and implemented two new program components, leading to further increased funding. Dawn also developed interactive, fun, and educational training workshops for professionals, parents, and specialized groups. Dawn is available for training and multiple workshops. She has a B.A. from Anderson University and a Master’s in Counseling from Webster University. Dawn genuinely cares about people and enjoys her life as a mother for her two daughters. Dawn’s favorite food is Thai or Indian, her favorite color is purple, & “Undercover Blues” is her favorite movie.
SYLVESTER ROBINSON - Orange & Seminole County Florida
Dr. Sylvester Robinson is the Senior Pastor/Founder of Love Fellowship Christian Church. At age 17, he began a 20-year career in the U.S. Navy and retired as a Chief Petty Officer. Dr. Robinson has served in a myriad of positions within the church and during his military career. His service includes being the Intercessory Prayer Leader and Ministerial Assistance Coordinator at Hickam Air Force Base Chapel in Hawaii, the Director of Christian Education for Greater New Hope M.B. Church in Orlando, and he continues to serve as the Board Chairman for The Jobs Partnership of Florida. For 10 years, Dr. Robinson served as a Program Advisor/Counselor for Valencia College. St. Thomas Christian University conferred an honorary doctorate upon him for his many years of community service. Dr. Robinson’s favorite food is pig’s feet, “Facing the Giants,” “Remember the Titans,” “Shawshank Redemption”, and “Men of Honor” are his favorite movies, and watching movies at home is his favorite hobby.
